Pattern on Pattern on Pattern

I’ll write an hour long blog read if I begin to explain pattern and the endless styling possibilities. I’ll allow the pictures to speak for themselves. Let me just finalize this section by emphasizing that prints and patterns are ostentatious this season, and if you are styling an outfit that you believe is on a pattern-overload, you are most likely on the right track.

Pattern Look of Zee Day

I’m obsessed with pattern on pattern; It gives your outfit an immediate backbone by enabling a rather simple outfit to look complex. A horse print blouse? Seriously? That is straight up titillating, and Steffen Schraut does it to perfection. The blouse is paired with an Alice & Olivia floral skirt, Stella Mccartney heart-shaped cross-body bag, Topshop heels, some Bottega Venta sunnies, and gold jewelry. The patterns and colour palette create a flawless autumn ensemble worthy of pumpkin carving and jumping in piled leaves…or maybe not; it’s too pretty for that.
